We provide legal, tax, and estate planning advice to individuals and small businesses. We represent entrepreneurs, start-ups, emerging companies, and established companies in a variety of industries. For some clients, we act as their full-service outside general counsel when they do not have either the need or the budget for an in-house general counsel.

Bob Carroll is both an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the State of Connecticut, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Prior to opening his own law practice, Bob’s NYC experience included international tax and investment planning at a Big Four accounting firm and wealth management for ultra-high net worth clients at an international bank.
